You can tell a great player by the people he's played with. Bucky has played with some of the biggest stars, including Roy Orbison (guitarist & music director), and he is a first-call Nashville session player, writer, producer and arranger.

He has inspired me for years as a player. I remember listening to his 1979 record Killing the Wind with Buddy Emmons and Lenny Breau - the three of those guys were just blazin' away. I still have my vinyl copy, but it is available on CD through Bucky's site. BUY IT.
